A logistic regression model (ROC-AUC 0.77), tracked and versioned in MLflow and served via FastAPI in Docker. GitHub Actions tests and publishes the image, and a custom PSI monitor tracks drift and performance over time.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation service that answers questions about PDF documents with page-level source citations. Documents are chunked, embedded and stored in ChromaDB; a FastAPI endpoint retrieves the most relevant passages and lets the model answer from them only. Containerized with Docker and deployed on Azure Container Apps with Azure OpenAI, using a managed identity for the registry, secrets for keys and scale-to-zero. The same code also runs fully locally with Ollama.
Data-driven analysis of inflation, migration pressure, macroeconomic conditions, and government changes across 28 European countries. Built an end-to-end pipeline using Eurostat, ONS, and ParlGov data, four logistic-regression specifications, odds ratios, 95% confidence intervals, p-values, and AIC, a .NET 8 Minimal API, Docker, and GitHub Actions, deployed on Railway.
Interactive web dashboard exploring global health trends across 167 countries from 2014 to 2022. Built with Flask and pandas, featuring life expectancy trends, top 10 country rankings, health expenditure vs life expectancy scatter analysis, and country-level detail tables. Deployed on PythonAnywhere.
A full-stack energy management application built with .NET and Blazor, featuring REST API endpoints for corporate energy consumption tracking, weather-based energy price analysis, SQL-backed data access, and interactive dashboards.
